Coach Rion has over 5 years of coaching basketball from the ages of 10 to 18. He coached the 16U Minutemen in 2018. They won the Hoop Heaven tournament in NJ. They also went down to Orlando, Florida for the Nationals and played against 19U. Coach Rion believes communication is key and he does his best to be aware of who his players are. What works for one might not work for another so he tries to use the right communication in finding ways to motivate his players. Teamwork is key. He does hope to build relationships with the players that he coaches as well as prepare them for the next level of basketball.
